Anthony Matuszak

Anthony C. Matuszak “Tony”, age 78 of North Tonawanda, passed away on Monday (June 11, 2012) at Elderwood at Oakwood in Amherst. Tony was a dedicated employee of the North Tonawanda Dept. of Public Works for 25 years. He loved taking spirited walks throughout the Tonawanda’s. As a very sociable man, his hobbies included playing cards, pool, bowling or just sharing a laugh with his family and friends. Tony was a U.S. Army Korean Conflict Veteran. Son of the late Anthony and Olga Matuszak. Husband of the late Janet (nee Markovitz) Matuszak. Brother of the late Jane Wisnowski and Edward Okrzynski.
Beloved father of Robin (John) Miranda of North Tonawanda, Susan Smith of Vero Beach, Fl, Brian (Brunilde) Matuszak of North Tonawanda, Bridget (Thomas) Schuh of Cheektowaga and Randy (Crystal) Matuszak of Tonawanda. Proud grandfather Tarifa (Joseph), Brian, Elizabeth, Karen, Elise, Alex, Jacob and Christopher. Great-grandfather of Michael and Cameron. Dear brother of Christine (Michael) Annunziato.
