David W. Doll. 68. Of North Tonawanda on April 28, 2015 after a long illness. David was the son of the late Dr. Leo and Sylvia Doll. Brother of Susan DiMario, Peter (Lilly) Doll, Joseph (Cheryl) Doll and Richard (Kelly) Doll. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends invited to internment services on Friday, June 12, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at the United German and French Cemetery, 800 Pine Ridge Rd., Cheektowaga (716-892-6600)
One of David’s greatest ambitions was reflected in his fervent pursuit of ideas toward a cure for cancer. Born out of his background in chemistry, his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Buffalo and his post graduate work at Rice University in Texas, he completed his Thesis. His work was accepted by the top researchers of the period, and may well be employed today.
