Dorothy Irene Krull

Dorothy I. Krull, (nee Nelson) age 87, of North Tonawanda peacefully passed away with her family present on Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at Niagara Hospice House in Lockport. Dorothy was a former member of Ascension Church. She retired from the North Tonawanda City Treasurer’s Office after serving for 46 years. Dorothy was a member of the Red Hat Society, the local AARP and volunteered for Niagara Hospice, Inc. Wife of the late Willard J. Krull, Sr., and mother of the late Willard J.”Babe” Krull, Jr.
Loving grandmother of Kimberly C. Guevarra, Lori M. Robbins and Suzanne M. Abel. Proud great-grandmother of Amanda Dorothy Guevarra, John Gill Krull Guevarra and Evelyn Elisabeth Bueschgen. Mother–in-law of Joyce A. (Krull) Buchanan.
Friends received by the family on Monday, 4-8 P.M. at the Brunner Funeral Home (692-3841), 156 Robinson St., North Tonawanda. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday morning at 9:30 at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 57 Center Avenue, North Tonawanda. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. The family requests that memorials be made to Niagara Hospice, Inc.
