Edward J. Piotrowski

Edward F. Piotrowski, “Pete” 87, of North Tonawanda on Monday (April 5, 2010) after a long illness. Mr. Piotrowski was a member of St. Jude Parish. He retired from Dunlop Tire. Edward was an avid hunter, fisherman and bingo player. He was a U.S. Army Pacific Theater veteran and received two bronze stars and a purple heart. Husband of the late Phyllis (Leiser) Piotrowski. Brother of the late Joseph, Victoria, Richard, Judith and Helen. Loving father of Thomas (Rhonda Metzgar) Piotrowski of Lancaster, Ronald (Lynn) Piotrowski of Alden and Lorraine (Robert) Considine of Tonawanda. Dear brother of Irene Bancerowski and Stanley Piotrowski. Proud grandfather of Nicole (David) Dirienzo and Derek Piotrowski, Ronald (Monica) Piotrowski, Jr., Charles (Deborah) Piotrowski and Pamela Piotrowski, Shawn and Timothy Considine. Great-grandfather of Danika, Abbigail and Ceilia. Friends received by the family on Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. at the Brunner Funeral Home, (692-3841) where funeral services will be held at 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday evening. The family requests that memorials be made to the Alzheimer’s Association of Western New York.
