Erma L. Oswalt

Erma L. Oswalt, (nee Stange) 76, of North Tonawanda on Tuesday, September 2, 2008 after a long illness. Born in Altoona, PA, Erma was a member of Abiding Savior Lutheran Church in North Tonawanda. She worked for Panes Restaurant for 29 years, retiring in 1998. Wife of the late Bernard M. Oswalt. Loving mother of Mildred “Betsy” Oswalt of North Tonawanda, Sharon (Gary) Waliszewski of Cambria and Kevin C. Oswalt of North Tonawanda. Proud grandmother of Jeffrey (Jennifer) Standish and Patrick (Melissa Andrasik) Standish. Great grandmother of Corey, Jenna and Isabella. Step-brother of Albert and Henry Stange. Friends received by the family on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Brunner Funeral Home (692-3841), 156 Robinson Street, North Tonawanda. Funeral services will be held on Friday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. at Abiding Savior Lutheran Church. Pastor Keg Gahagen, officiating. Interment will be at Acacia Park Cemetery.
