Helen M. Dolata

Helen M. Dolata, (nee Rozycki) age 86 of North Tonawanda at home, surrounded by her family on Saturday (May 1, 2010). Helen was a member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Church and the North Tonawanda Senior Center. Helen proudly earned her GED in 1983. She enjoyed baking for her family, playing cards with the grandchildren and sharing life’s adventures with them.

Loving wife for 52 years of the late Eugene J. Dolata. Daughter of the late John and Anna (nee Blackowicz) Rozycki. Sister of the late Joseph, Louis, Edward, Walter, John and Frank Rozycki and Alexandria “Rosie” Bernas.

Devoted mother of Eugene W. Dolata, Deborah A. (Dennis) King, Glenn J. (Julie) Dolata. Proud grandmother of Brian (Cristina) Dolata, Jennifer (Chris) D’Aliso, Grayson and Molly Dolata. Cherished great-grandmother of Justin and Mackenzie Dolata and Haley and Joseph D’Aliso. Step-grandmother of Dawn (Jose) Navarro, Christi (Rick) Regan and step-great-grandchildren, Victoria, Noah, Olivia, Eva Navarro and Clarisa Carver. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends received by the family on Tuesday and Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. at the Brunner Funeral Home (692-3841), 156 Robinson Street, North Tonawanda where services will be held on Thursday morning at 9:30 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church at 10:00 A.M. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. The family requests that memorials be made to Niagara Hospice, Inc, or the charity of your choice.
