John C. Konstanty

John C. Konstanty III, age 57, of North Tonawanda on Monday, June 4, 2012, after a long illness at Buffalo General Medical Center. John was a 1972 graduate of North Tonawanda High School. He was a middle linebacker for the NTHS Lumberjacks. John was an avid sports fan throughout his life. He retired from the North Tonawanda Board of Education where he worked in transportation. John had a love for poetry, rock & roll music and ridin' his "trike." John's favorite saying was, "I hate people" but, he loved to make them laugh. Son of the late Mary (nee Kijowski) Konstanty and father of the late Joshua Konstanty.
Dear son of John C. Konstanty IV of North Tonawanda. Loving father of John (Susan) Konstanty of Gasport and Jacob Konstanty of Buffalo. Proud grandfather of Amelia and John Konstanty V. Brother of Karen (Robert) Hanel of Sanborn, Jeffrey Konstanty of the Town of Niagara, James (Loraine) Konstanty from Northern NY and Deborah (Dennis) Kosinski of North Tonawanda. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
