Josephine Ann Cappellano

Josephine A. Cappellano, (nee Marino) age 89, of North Tonawanda entered into rest on Tuesday (September 13, 2011) at her residence. Josephine was a member of Ascension R.C. Church and St. Jude the Apostle Parish. She was an active member of the community serving her Church, the P.T.A., Melody Fair Usher, as well as an Election Inspector and a Home Care Provider.

Daughter of the late Alfred and Santa Marino and wife for 59 years of the late Andrew D. Cappellano. Sister of the late Rosalie (Sebastian) Castro and Samuel Marino.

Beloved mother of Andrew Y Cappellano, Andrea (Mark) Duguay, Duane (the late Angela) Cappellano, Deborah (Michael) Pellegrino and Dean (Dawn) Cappellano. Dear sister of Frances (the late John) Laudisio, Anthony (Eileen) Marino and Ann (John) Carney. Proud grandmother of Daniel (Sabrina), Bernadette, Melissa, Coreen, Amanda, Joseph, Ashley, Nicholas, Katelyn, Emily and Kayla. Great-grandmother of Chaz, Gianna, Austin and Mackenzie. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Friends received by the family on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Brunner Funeral Home (692-3841) 156 Robinson St. North Tonawanda. Friends are invited on Saturday morning to a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Jude R.C. Parish, 880 Niagara Falls Blvd., at 9:30 AM. Interment at Acacia Park Cemetery, will be private.
