Klara M. Renda, 78, (nee Pietrowski) a lifelong resident of North Tonawanda died on Tuesday September 2, 2008 after a lengthly illness. Klara was an avid New York Yankees Fan. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great- grandchildren. Klara was a member of the former Ascension R.C. Church. Wife of the late V. James Renda. Mother of the late Kimberly R. Parnell. Predeceased by several brothers and sisters. Loving mother of James (Nora) Renda, Cynthia Bonk and Darcy Renda all of North Tonawanda. Proud grandmother of Stacey (Jonathan) Whitmore, Matthew Maziarz, Kimberly Renda, Jimmy Renda, Daniel Bonk. Great-grandmother of Jullian and Mya Whitmore. Sister of Josephine Ali. Friends received by the family on Thursday 4-8 p.m. at the Brunner Funeral Home (692-3841), 156 Robinson Street, North Tonawanda. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. at St. Jude the Apostle R.C. Church, Niagara Falls Blvd. near Erie Avenue.
