Loretta Ruth Tinklepaugh

Loretta Ruth Tinklepaugh “Ruth” (nee O’Connor), age 81 of North Tonawanda on Thursday September 18, 2014 after a brief illness. Loretta was a former member of Ascension R.C. Church and presently St. Jude the Apostle Parish. She received her B.A. from the University of Buffalo while working at Twin Fair. Loretta was a Fiscal Manager for Niagara County Employment and Training for over 20 years. She retired in 1998 and became a doating Grandmother and active volunteer at St. Jude the Apostle Parish. She was a member of the St. Jude Seniors, the St. Jude Rosary Guild, the Berevement Committee and the coordinator of Adult Bible Study.
Beloved mother of Jeanne (R. Michael) Wantz. Michael Tinklepaugh, Stephen (Barbara) Tinklepaugh and Lori (Donald) Richards. Sister of James (Mary) O’Connor, Ralph (June) Plumer, Barbara Eaton, John “Ray” (MaryAnn) Plumer, Esther Culivan, Loretta “Nicky” Smalley, Fred Plumer and Margaret (Dick) Lennerton.
Proud grandmother Kara Guyette, Michael (Jenn) Wantz, SStg. Jennifer Williams, Jessica Tinklepaugh, Sarah Tinklepaugh, Jason (Gabrielle) Richards and Christopher Richards. Great Grandmother of Haley (fiance Andrew) Kaiser, Emily Davis, Tyler Wantz, Ryan Wantz, Matthew Wantz, Hannah Kaiser, Stephen Guyette, Roman Williams, Lily Williams, Johnathan Guyette and Landon Tinklepaugh. Great-great Grandma of Jamie Moritz.
Friends received by the family on Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. at the Brunner Funeral Home, 156 Robinson St., North Tonawanda. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church at 930 A.M. (please assemble at church). interment will follow at Acacia Park Cemetery.
