Mary Patricia Garrett

Mary Pat Garrett, 80, of North Tonawanda on August 8, 2024 entered into eternal rest after a brief illness. Loving daughter of the late Norman and Patricia McTigue. Beloved wife of the late Donald J. Garrett. Sister of James F. McTigue, Sr. (late Nancy) and the late Rev. Norman P. McTigue, John P. McTigue, Sr. (Cathy), Robert F. McTigue (Beverly) and Josita (James) Battaglia. Stepmother of Lynne (Butch) Spoons, Donald (Nancy) Garrett and Brian (Christine) Garrett. Loving grandmother of Laura Garrett. Also survived by six step-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Dear friend of Mary Martin, Patricia Collard and Mary Marquette. 

Mary was a 30-year employee of Kenmore Mercy Hospital where she worked in Human Resources. She was an assistant at St. Amelia R.C. Church for 17 years. Per Mary Pat’s wishes, there will be no services. Memorials may be made to the Lupus Alliance of Upstate New York or Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
