Mary R Kopczynski

Mary R. Kopczynski (nee Chank) 86, of North Tonawanda died on October 5, 2009 at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital after a long illness. Mary was a member of St. Jude the Apostle Parish. She retired from the Wurlitzer Company and then went on to work at Harrison Radiator where she retired in 1990. She loved to travel, play bingo and do word puzzles. Daughter of the late Barna and Mary (nee Balog) Chank. Sister of the late Ernest A. (Mary Frances) Chank and the late David N. Chank. Beloved wife of 39 years to Chester Kopczynski of North Tonawanda. Sister-in-law of Joseph and Helen Kopczynski of Niagara Falls. Loving aunt of David (Kathie) Chank, Ernest (Suzann) Chank, Larry Chank and Michael (Sandra) Chank. Also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Dear friend of Mafalda Cieri. Friends received by the family on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. at the Brunner Funeral Home (692-3841), 156 Robinson Street, North Tonawanda where services will be held at 9:15 a.m. and in St Jude the Apostle Parish (800 Niagara Falls Blvd.) at 10:00 a.m.
