Raymond J. Pawelczak

Raymond J. Pawelczak, Sr. age 85 of North Tonawanda entered into rest on Tuesday March 4, 2014 after a lengthly illness. Ray was a member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Church. He retired in 1992 from the U.S. Postal Service where he was a Letter Carrier. Ray was a dedicated husband, father and grandfather. He was a proud U.S. Army veteran who served in the Korean Conflict. Son of the late Joseph and Helen Pawelczak and brother of the late Joseph and John Pawelczak.
Beloved husband of 58 years to Doris (nee Neubauer) Pawelczak of North Tonawanda. Loving father of Raymond J. (Patti) Pawelczak, Jr. and Ronald W. (Anthony Vitale) Pawelczak. Proud grandfather of Erica and Kelly and four great-grandchildren. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Private services were held by the family. Entombment was held at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. The family requests that memorials be made to a Parkinson’s Foundation group of your choice.
