Virginia M Weber

Virginia M. Weber, 90, of North Tonawanda at Crestwood Health Care Facility on Friday (May 14, 2010) after a brief illness. Virginia was a member of St. Jude the Apostle Parish. Virginia was a founding member of the Ladies Tuesday Nine Hole Golf League at Deerwood Golf Course. She enjoyed traveling and was an avid bowler. Virginia enjoyed life and spending time with her sister and nieces and nephews. She always had a smile for everyone and a kind word to say.

She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Pauline (nee Donner) Weber. She retired from E.I. Dupont Company in 1982. Sister of the late Rev. Joseph Weber and Charles, Francis and Clara Krantz Weber.

Loving sister of Sr. Verona Weber, O.S.F. of Stella Niagara. Loving and devoted Aunt of Margaret (the late Walter) Schwinger, Louise (Richard) Garigen, Elizabeth (Michael) DiBenedetto, Paula (James) Caterina, Mary (Daniel) Freeman and Patricia (Timothy) McGee. Also surviving are several great and great-great nieces and nephews.

Friends received by the family on Sunday from 4-8 P.M. at the Brunner Funeral Home (692-3841), 156 Robinson Street, North Tonawanda. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at St. Jude the Apostle Parish, 800 Niagara Falls Blvd., North Tonawanda at 10:00 A.M. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
